Suggest Exercises And Diet Plan To Reduce Weight

I am 26 years of age. 5 feet 6 inches is my height. 78 kgs is my weight. I am above average in build and a growing tummy. I am a lazy person due to my work pressure and I am very much foodaholic. Kindly suggest me some good nutrious fat reducing foods and also some easy exercises to reduce fat upto 65 kgs.

Exercise and a low carbohydrate diet are very important to help you lose weight. Exercise can be just walking but it needs to be 30-60 minutes every day. Carbohydrates are sweets, fruits and starches such as rice, pasta, bread and potatoes. If you can do the exercise and cut back on the carbs you will lose about half a kilogram a week and that is a good weight loss plan
