Suggest Dosage For Nexpro 40 For Heartburn

Hello doctor,I am having severe heartburn for the last couple of days with the burning sensation persisting throughout the day. I suspect it is because of my irregular meal timings the last one month, resulting in hyper acidity. Can I take nexpro.40 fto cure this? And what dosage would you advise?
