Suggest Dosage For Amour Medicine

My new doctor want to lower my Amour from 180 to 160 (actually she can only find a 150 dosage). She is brand new Dr. who saw me for 10 minutes. The current Amour of 180 is from my Dr. who I have seen for 4 years. I am leary to change my first Dr s dosage for the new Dr s dosage when she doesn t know me. My original Dr. has to quit do to cancer. My Thyroid T3 level is .03, which I think falls in the range. Thanks.

typical new doctor issue.

there are a number of possible doses. the same way that different temperatures will be comfortable for doifferent people different thyroid levels will be different for different people even if all are in the normal range . it is typical for a new doc to get labs and to go by the number and not how the patient feels.
sorry
