Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. Zoloft is Sertraline and the drug is a SSRI drug. The drug helps to control anxiety, depressive symptoms. The drug is a safe drug and is free of serious side effects. The doses of drug that are commonly used are 100-200 mg though in some individuals higher doses are needed. You are 75 years old and are on 200 mg per day. If the drug is not working then visit your doctor and ask for increase in doses or re-evaluation of drug.
Thanks, Take care
