I have been taking Wellbutrin for years for depression no side effects. Then I was prescribed Zoloft Vegal nerve ... crazy anxiety- BP problems & much more .... Zoloft solved the problem. But now I keep gaining weight! What could I take to replace Zoloft. Wellbutrin and Zoloft are the same ? Or what I take to replace Zoloft without weight gain. Is there a weight loss pill?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.

This is known side effect of zoloft and it is caused by slowed down metabolism and usually it can be managed by changing dietary habits and more exercise. YOu should drink more fluids and avoid sweets and fats and walk at least 30 minutes daily.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
