Suggest Diet To Reduce Belly Fat

Hello Sir, I want to reduce my wait specially belly fat. I am 26 years old.I am living in hostel & hostel food is not good enough so I have to rely on other food items like junk food, chips etc. Can you suggest me a diet so that I can reduce belly fat as fast as possible.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

I can understand that you are very anxious about your health.

Actually when you start losing weight , you will be able to get rid off the love handles .

But for that you will need to follow as I will advise.

Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.

It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day

Stick to this plan for at least 6 months.
