hi, me Tusher, live in Denmark. origin bangladesh. my birth date 02.10.1987, height 5ft 11 inc,weight 53 kg. i am very slim. i want to increase my weight, can u give me a food chart? everyday i am working minimum 10 hours. also i am a student of MBA (marketing and management). my income not very well. please help me to increase my body strength.

First you have to avoid tention and stressful condition.

In your breakfast take whole milk.
Eat egg one per day not more because it has high amount of cholesterol.

Fruits specially banana help you to gain a weight.
Banana is cheapest fruit and easily available.

In your lunch take more proteins food.
Soybean had more protein amount.
Eat rice with bean helpful to gain Weight.
Fresh vegetables also eat in diet.
Multigrain Roti is use in lunch.

In dinner take whole milk. fress fruits. Avoid junk foods.Take more water in a daytime.
Avoid spicy food.
Peanut butter can also use.
