Suggest Diet Plans For Ulcerative Colitis Patient
Hi, I am Sanjay gorani 47 years old Male, Height 180 cms. weight 85 kgs. I am suffering from Ulcerative colitis and taking omnacortil 40mg.OD since last 20 days. I am experiencing weakness and thigh and forearm muscle fatigue.
What diet should help in curing these symptoms.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms may not be cured with the diet if this is due to disease condition then you need to have the medicine for this, some time such nonspecific symptoms could be due functional factors, still I would advise you to have complete balance diet with low calorie and not spicy food, for fatigue you can try "Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg" as per needed, hope this information helps.
