Suggest Diet For Pregnant Women To Make Skin Of Baby Healthy And Fair

Hi,32,150 cms,overweight 80 kgs,Well my question is though I have skin complexion of new born cannot be made fairer by diet pregnant women take,I have seen examples of women who have faqir children in spite of both parents haveing moderate to dark complexioned skin.I just cannot ask them this directly.But I would like to know which diet can be taken to make skin of baby healthy and fair.This is a general desire of such women though having a normal healthy baby definitely is a top priotity.

There is no special diet which can make the baby's skin color fair.

Absolutely, the baby's health is of utmost importance.

Eat green vegetables and fruits (except papaya and pineapple).

Take your iron and folate supplements regularly.

The baby's skin color changes many times after birth. Do not worry about this.
