Suggest Diet For Gestational Diabetes During Pregnancy

iam 8 months pregnant ,few days i had gestational diabetes but due to my diet now it is under control ,but doctor has told to continue the diet and check blood sugar after 15 days ,can u please let me know whether i can have urad dal to prepare ragi dosa.can a diabetic patient eat urad dal
