Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.
Tuberculosis is a chronic disease associated with various nutritional deficiencies partly due to infection as such and due to the drugs used in the treatment.
So, in order to replenish the essential nutrients you are advised to take a high protein diet (meat, chicken, fish, eggs or milk), take plenty of fruits and green leafy vegetables, and drink plenty of drinking water.
A regular exercise is also recommended.
