General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

We will try to help you in the best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what your baby had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be overactive bowel or infective diarrhoea but the possibility of inflammatory diarrhoea should be ruled out.

Lactulose and gliadin intolerance should be worked up. Diet plan should be made according to it reports of dietary intolerances like coeliac disease etc.

Meanwhile, oral rehydration salts and water may be ensured. Soft diets and fruits like banana, and meshed rice may be given.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
