hi doctor my nephew diagnosed as vitamin d resistant rickets his calcium level is 8.2 age is 17 months alkaline phosphate is above 3000and phosphate is only 2.8 is there any treatment for him he still nit start to walk or stand his milestones are delayed

He will require Calcitriol or 1,25 dihydroxy cholecalciferol and not simple vitamin D Supplements. Please discuss this drug with his pediatrician.
