Hi,

If the concern tests are unremarkable as long as the abdominal symptoms are concerned then it may not be the pathology of any kind. It means that it may not be the disease condition but it seems to be dyspepsia that could be associated with hyperacidity.

In geriatric age, abdomen infection is pretty common condition and it can be treated with a single dose antibiotic like Secnidazole.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
