Hai,

hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) will give dizziness. as your low sugar may be because of your disproportion of your food intake and drug dosage.
check your HBA1c for average blood sugar level. so that we can fix the dosage level depends upon your daily food intake.

dosage of drug should be calculated and determined depends on the Post postprandial blood sugar level.

regularity in food intake should be followed to avoid hypoglycemia.
take minimal amount of food in 2 to3 hours of gap with Low calorie/glycemic index food should be preferred.

below 50 to 60 mg/dl is considered as low blood sugar level.hypoglycemic symptoms will appear at that level. it will vary depends upon the individual.

thank you

Hi

Though a blood sugar of 75 is normal he is not tolerating it . So a blood sugar of 90-100 is desirable for him . For now you can give him some sweet or sugar and don't worry about raising blood sugars , it will come back to previous value after few hours .

Ask his doctor to reduce his medication dosage to maintain a sugar value between 90-100
