Suggest Cure For Diabetic Neuropahty
My wife aged 55 years is diognised with diabetic neuropathy very recently (one month approx). She is a diabetic patient for over a decade. Presently on insulin and tablets.

So control diabetes with regular insulin and oral hypoglycemic drug if needed. Alpha Lipoic acid, vitamin B complex and antioxidant can be beneficial in neuropathic pain.
