Suggest Cure For Cold & Cough

hi, i have 10 weeks old baby, few weeks ago she had a cold. I ve been given her Betnesol drops twice a day and also Amoxil syrup 125mg/5ml prescribed by my doctor, and that helped, but few days ago the cold has back and she has a little cough. Is there any cough syrup on the market without prescription I can give it to her? Thanx

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As your baby is too small, I would suggest not to take any cough syrup without seeing a doctor. You can use aerosol with NaCl which can help till the next appointment with doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Elona Dashi
