Suggest Complications For Pregnancy With Subserous Intramural Fibroids

Hi My wife has pregnancy with 8 weeks and she has subserous-intramural fibroid seen at posterior myometrium on lower body region in left side has enlarged in size 6.3 cm.My question is there any complications in her delivery?What extra care we should do in all 9 months?

subserous fibroids grow outside the uterus
normally they dont causeany problems in pregnancy
fibroid complications occur only when they are inside the uterine cavity.complications like abnormal presentation of the baby,increased bleeding during delivery,preterm delivery are some of the complications
but since this is a subserous fibroid
normal pregnancy is a possibility
the growth of fibroid should me monitored during regular scans
