Suggest Cause & Treatment For Dizzy Spells In Vision

I get these weird dizzy spells like my vision goes dark for a second and the world seems like its tilting, it reminds me of when a camera light flashes and you are really disoriented but it keeps happening often and I'm not sure if i should see my doctor about it or not.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having spells of dizziness with black outs of vision. These symptoms indicate transient ischemic attack.
The common causes for transient ischemic attack are vascular diseases like carotid artery disease, vasculitis and other common abnormalities like hypotension, hypovolemia.
Hence this requires evaluation to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
Hence I advice you to consult your physician for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
