Suggest Cause For Sticky Stools And Incomplete Evacuation

I have frequent sticky stools and incomplete evacuation. Color is brown to rusty. Not really red. This is a major irritation because I m usually preoccupied with it and uncomfortable. Any suggestions as to most common cause or change in diet? I get enough fiber I m pretty sure, and increasing fiber seems to just aggravate it.

Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear sticky stools may be due to many reasons most common is heavy fat in diet, which leads to insufficient obsorbtion of gut which may leads to sticky stools. Some time liver or Gallbladder problems may cause sticky stools. Worm infestations and lactose intolerance produce sticky stools. Irritable bowel syndrome and toxins alcohism may cause same problem. Avoid fatty food and alcohol, get stool examination done. Consult your doctor he will treat you accordingly.
