Suggest Cause For Cramping In Patients With Fibroid Tumour

58 year old white female, been menopausal for 2yrs. had extreme pelvic cramping, followed by a blood discharge. Dr visit did an ultra sound, than a biopsy. ultra sound showed large fibroid tumor, biopsy was inconclusive. discharge has since subsided, mild cramping still remains. dr says she cant do anything for me. I asked for a D&C just because I need to know this is not cancer. ? why do I still have the cramping?

OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to check the reports, and if the biopsy was inconclusive then I suggest you repeat a biopsy.

For cramps, she takes Superspass tablet as well as injectable (depends on the severity of pain ).

You can still consult some other gynaecologist who can have a proper clinical examination on you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
