General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

We have to rule out possibilities like hemangioma. Topical steroid ointment can provide symptomatic relief. LASER therapy also be useful. Consult a dermatologist and he will explain various treatment options.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,
