General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic forum.
Fever not responding to oral antibiotics along with difficulty in facing sunlight (photophobia) is highly suggestive of meningitis. This is an emergency, and need immediate administration of intravenous antibiotics.
Kindly get back to your doctor without delay.
We may need investigations like blood and CSF study.
Hope you will find this answer useful. Wishing for a faster cure. Thank you
