Suggest Better Treatment For Diabetics And High Cholesterol

64 yeas old,female,daibetic & high bp for 12 years, high tryglisrides for 20 years,and high cholestrol. suggest substitute of azator.secondly iwas taking lantus quantity40at night,glypride2 mg with break fast,onglyza &glyciphagesr500 with lunch.since my diabetis was coming down from range175 to250 under constant testing at home ,i reduced lantus gradually and yesterday stopped completly.and started glysihage500mg with dinner.dia has come in safe zone.pl confirm if step taken is ok

Hi..

Thanks for using HCM.,

Insulin has to be set according to Blood sugar thrice a day before you make reduction in dose / increase in dose . Without Physician advice its not recommended to reduce / increase / change of drug as Blood sugar has chance of increasing .

Have a good diabetic diet and regular followup.
