Suggest Best Treatment For Frequent Urination

Sir, I have been suffering from frequent urination since my childhood. The problem becomes more severe in early morning and in winters. I consulted few urologists but it didnt help. What could be the reason of my overactive bladder. I dont go on a roadtrip and avoid parties due to this. Can bladder trasplanation be an option? What is the best possible treatment available. Soon i will be moving to jabalpur, i will be grateful if u help me regarding this.

Hello dear!
You should do an urine analyse and an abdominal echography....
Once we should see for;1- an infection of bladder(cistitis) may be with antibiotic resistence 2-for an congenital malformation of bladder
3-for overactive bladder......
If we esclude the first 2 points,the overactive bladder is not fully understood.The detressor muscle of bladder is overactive and the bladder is contracted early ,when the bladder is not full.In this cases you should :
-change your life stile-,like you shoulden't drink coffes,cola,alcohol...
-do pelvic exercises
-surgery...to put one small piece of intestine,to increase the size of bladder..or to put the bottom of ureter(the tube from the kidney to bladder) outside of the body..
