Hi, I am Dr. Shreyash Mehta, MD Community Medicine

As you told that the you girl friend has a black eye. Proper examination by a physician is needed for the diagnosis of black eye. If we presume it to be traumatic following a injury over fore head or nose then she should take non- steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like Tab. Diclofenac Sodium for black eye.

For treatment of chest cold and cough examination of the physician is necessary however for a time being due to unavailability of doctors in vicinity she can take a course of oral antibiotics like Tab. Azithromycin for cold and cough. She can have T. Chlorpheneramine Maleate for symptomatic relief.

She need to take rest and proper sleep.
