Hello inside my nose is very sore and is weeping then when it dries up it scabs over I have had this now for a few months I have put sudocream on it before which cleared it up a bit but it keeps returning is there an antibiotic cream I could buy over the counter

The beat thing would be to apply glycerine 2 times a day and use saline nasal drops , 2 drops 3-4 times a day , it will give good relief . If your symptoms persist after 3-4 days , i would like you to meet your ent doctor. He will examine you and guide you further.
