General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding a possible alternative for your prescribed medications for a diagnosed idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis I will suggest you can use the following Tablet prednisone imatinib

However I will advice you to stick to your physician prescription and if you observe there is no improvement then schedule an appointment with a pulmonologist for expert management

I hope this helps Regards
