Suggest Alternative For Unienzyme For Hyperacidity And Abdominal Bloating

I have undergone bypass surgery 6 months back. I am taking Prolomet-XL-25 1-0-1, ROSEDAY - F- 10 0-0-1, CLAVIX-AS-75 0-1-0, ALDACTONE - 25 0-1-0. I have to take Pan 40 daily as I have hyperacidity. Of late my stomach gets bloated, especially in the upper portion and causes a lot of discomfort and strain on my chest. I tried Unienzime. It was effective but causes nausea. What would be a better treatment?
