hi
long term painkillers & nsaids can cause chronic kidney diseases with alteration in the urea ,creatinine, electrolyte levels which are really dangerous
please stop diclofenac
you can start her on tab tramadol which has very mild opiod effect but very safe on the kidneys.
pregablin & gabapentin in lower doses are also very good in controlling the pain of ankylosing spondylitis safe on the kidneys
take care
