Suggest A Weight Gain Program After Typhoid

i just got normal from typhoid means now my fever is 98.6 from 102-105 but i lost 6-7 kg of weight due to this fever & is very weak physically.I used to be 72 kg but after one month of continuous fever i have now only 62 kg of weight.please advice the diet to recover fast to my normal weight of 72 kg & how it will take to recover

Have healthy diet . eat small and frequent meals. Take milk twice a day. Eat high protein diet to build up muscle mass. Have curds and buttermilk regularly. Take fruits daily twice. Can eat 1 walnut and almonds5-6. Take sprouts. Regular. Include salads and green to get vitamin's and minerals. Have soya sabji sometimes. Soya products like tofu or soyamilk can also be used. Take paneer twice a week. If non vegetarian take egg 2 daily sometimes take chicken or fish. Have ur meals regularly. Never sskip any meal. Every 2-3 hrly have ur meal. Exercise daily 40-45 mins. Have balanced diet. Include dal rice chapati vegetables everything. Can take channa murmura or Ssandwich for munching have some snacks regularly.
