DEAR SIR,
MY WIFE IS SUFFERING FROM THYROID AND HER REPORT JUST NOW I TAKEN IS T3-446 AND T4-26.60 & TSH IS 0.04 AND SHE IS TAKEN A TABLET NEU MARCAZOLE TABLET 10 MG IN 2 TIMES A DAY AND CIPLAR LA40 TABLET SO PLEASE GIVE ME SUGGESTION FOR THAT WHAT I HAVE TO DO NOW ?

Hi. Your wife has been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, or over functioning thyroid gland. The medications that she has been prescribed are standard and you have to ensure that she takes them. If your wife were my patient, I'd ask her to repeat the tests every three months or so and modify the dose accordingly. Weight gain will be another good indicator of response to medications. What you need to remember is that the treatment for this disease is long lasting - on an average 2-3 years. Hope I have answered your question.
