Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain acne can occur due to a number of causes like hormonal imbalance, sun exposure, oily skin, bacterial infection and inflammation etc..
In your case it seems like Pustular acne and can be due to bacterial infection, so the treatment will include anti-bacterial and non comedogenic [anti-acne] medicines..
So you can start using a salicylic acid containing facewash to wash face twice a day..
Apply ointment containing Clindamycin and Benzoyl peroxide twice a day..
Do not lance or pop the pimples as it can lead to further infection and scarring..
Do cold compresses over the face..
You can exfoliate your skin twice a week using a mild scrub..
Limit sun exposure and apply a non comedogenic sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
In case if still there is no improvement oral antibiotics and retinoids like Isotretinoin can be taken under supervision of a local dermatologist..
He can also advise you chemical peels and microdermabrasion..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
