Hi. Seven months ago I got upper dentures. I changed dentists because my mouth had such big huge bones that my dentures wouldn't fit right and it was very painful. My new dentist referred me to an oral surgeon for alveoplasty and to remove two mandibular tori's under my tongue. Needless to say, my mouth is now full of dissolving stitches. My question is...how do I clean the nasty thick white buildup all over my gums? Rinsing with salt water isn't removing it. Since I can't brush because of so many stitches, what can I do?
