Suggest A Medicine For Back Pain And Red Marks On Skin
hello, i have had lower back pain the last two days and now have slight red marks on the skin. i have not injured myself and is mostly in the morning and night time that is most painful. to roll over to my side to get up out of bed this morning was very painful, to bend forward i feel a stiffness pain in my back, i cannot pick something off the floor without it being sore and also to even tie my shoes, in the past i have pinched my sacrel nerve so i was wondering if it was in relation to that again or just strain. I am more concerned about the marking on my back. i am 26 and of slim build.

Hi Thank you for asking HCM. I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to problems with spine like osteochondrosis or disc herniation or ankylosing spondylitis. A physical examination with orthopedician will give clue for that and a X ray followed by MRI of lumbo sacral spine might be required to confirm it. For such conditions in my patients I advise NSAIDs like aceclofenac muscle relaxants like cyclobenzaprine and neurotropic drugs. I also send them to physiotherapy along with this . Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further queries.
