sir i have itching problem for the last 2 months under my testicles, i have used itch guard cream but it is not so effective. i usually get sweat under my testicles and there by itching sensation. so i need to know what medicines i should use for this problem. please reply me

Itching at that site is usually due to perspiration or fungal infections...
Try to keep that part dry...u can use powder for that...
if at all there is inflammation or u r noticing any round lesions over testicles or thighs..it might be due to fungal infection... then u need to consult a dermatologist...
