Suggest A Good Skin Cream For Pimples And Blackheads.

Hi. What is a good skin cream or ointment to apply on the skin for pimples and blackheads? I've used different types of face washes and it has not been working, so I think I need something stronger. But I also do not want to use something that is so strong as an antibiotic or corticosteroid.

Thank you for query.Acne depend on hormonal effects, sebaceous gland secretion etc.It gradually reduces with age usually in both severity and appearance. So only good control can be achieved by regular face wash with cleanser like cetaphil, topical keratolytics like retinoic acid creams are good for your type of acne and topical antibiotics like clindamycin may be used if needed.treat if any dandruff with ketoconazole shampoos. treatment varies with the grading of acne. so consult dermatologist for proper treatment or if does not respond .else you can get back to us with photos.
