Suggest A Diet Plan To Reduce Weight With No Weakness Feeling

Hello sir, my height is 5 feet and my weight is 65 kilograms. i am trying to reduce weight for which i started dieting around 20 days ago but i started feeling weakness. can u suggest me some good diet by which i consume less fat and won t feel weakness. thank you sir.

Follow these advises to lose weight in a healthy way.
NO DIET IS COMPLETE WITH OUT EXERCISE.

Exercise should include cardio for 45min like brisk walking, running, swimming ,6 times a week. Add strength training 4 times a week. duration of exercise is important as fat starts burning only after 45 minutes.

Diet should include low carbohydrates, high protein, low fats., 2 to 3 servings of fruits, 4 to 5 servings of vegetables. Minimum 3 litres of water intake.
avoid white sugar,honey ,jaggery,junk foods ,fast foods,deep fried foods,maida and its products,mutton,egg yolks,mango, banana,chickoo.
include sprouts, skim milk and its products.
