Suggest Diet Plan To Reduce Weight

Hiii I want to reduce my weight. Weight is my primary concern now. I am a software engineer, 25 years old, with 5.3 inches height and 83 Kgs of weight. I want to reduce 20Kgs. I want some suggestions and plan to follow. I faced no problems (diseases) till now except fever, cold that too very often. I am fine with no health issues except obese.I tried Yoga, walking, jogging,dieting. Nothing showed single Kg weight loss. But, I want to reduce my weight. Please help me!!! My diet Plan : 3 dates with cornflakes as my breakfast (before 9.30 AM), 50gms of rice with curry and curd as my lunch (befor 2 PM) and 60gms flour to prepare chapaty as my dinner (probably before 9 30 PM). Please suggest me the diet plan also.

hi. i see that you have mentioned your diet plan. i think you need to cut down on rice and fatty foods, also fried food stuff if you consume any. keep up the physical exercise, it does wonders for your body after a while.
also, according to me, ones breakfast should be the heaviest and dinner, the lightest. so try doing all this and it might work for you.
