Suggest A Diet Plan To Reduce The Elevated Levels Of Monocytes And Basophils
hi im 36 yrs old and i have just done a full blood test ...i saw that my monocytes is 9.70 which normally should be in between 0.00 - 9.00 and basophils is 2.30 normal range ( 0.00 - 1.00) so please advise what to eat decrease both since am very scared thanks in advise
