You triglycerides are high but you have not mentioned your total cholesterol, LDL and HDL level. Treatment depends upon LDL level and total cholesterol. Your TG is slightly high that can be managed by diet, physical activity and losing weight.
Keep your Body mass index (BMI) between19 to 25. BMI is calculated by formula BMI = Weight in kilograms / (height in meters x height in meters).
Advice
1.     Exercise – start workout in gym at least for half an hour for 4 – 5 days in a week regularly
2.     Lose weight if you are overweight
3.     Regularly measure your blood pressure
4.     Consume less salt as high salt increases your BP
5.     Avoid eating high energy foods such as cakes, chocolates, chips etc.
6.     Avoid alcohol and smoking
7.     Include fiber in your diet. Food sources of fiber are split peas, lentils, black beans, barley, bran flakes, oatmeal, and brown rice, vegetables such as green peas, and sprouts and fruits such as raspberries, pears, and apples
8.     Drink 3 – 4 liters of water daily
9.     Chew the food properly to make it easily digestible
10.     Avoid excess intake tea and coffee after meal
11.     Divide your meals into smaller portions and eat them frequently during the day
12.     Avoid oily & spicy food
13.     Investigation – lipid profile in fasting only, blood sugar
Thanks
