Suggest A Diet Plan To Control PCOD

Hi doctor, I am diagnosed with PCOD before 2 years and DR suggested me to have OVULOC tablets....I got married before 3 years.I really want to pregnant soon.My menstrual cycle is irregular.I had cycle in every 45 th day....Suggest me a diet to control the PCOD and regulate my cycle.I tried lot of tablets in the last 2 years(overal l for one year no improvement).I am very upset please help me

Have healthy diet. Start your day with lemon water to detox. Have salads twice a day. Prefer sprouts for your breakfast with a cup of milk. Have complete meal dal rice veg chapati. Don't forget to add curds buttermilk and salads in your lunch. Eat evening snacks like channa murmura or brown bread sandwich. Have dinner without rice add salads in dinner. Have cup of milk bed time. Eat fruits during mid morning. Small and frequent meals walk daily 40-45 mins to boost your body. Relax do meditation include soothing foods like coconut water fruits, green vegetables. Curds buttermilk. Avoid fatty foods have more of fibre and less of carbohydrates. No fried foods. If u have helped with your diet routine could have counsel better.
