your wife is suffering from osteoartritis.give her diet present in more calcium or calcium tablets as a supplement of calcium,continue homeopathy medicines for subsiding pain.homeopathy will not give side effects as that of pain killers.

How long has she had these symptoms? Has she been tested for anything like T3 , T4, TSH, ESR, Rheumatoid factor, and also bone density test etc? If not please get visit a physician, and get her examined and tested.
ALso ask her to increase her intake of calcium, iron & proteins.
