Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

There ought to be several doctors in a big city like Hyderabad.
You should look out for a specialist > Internal Medicine > Chest Physician > Tuberculosis specialist - in ascending order of priority.

You can search in Google!
Any tertiary care Multi Speciality Care hospital will have one
Any Post-graduate teaching / Medical College Hospital will have one

It is not ethical from a different place to specify one by name!
Your present doctor - who ordered the X-rays - will be the best one and be able to guide

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
