Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .

* Tb can give rise to various degrees in different stages .

* 2 possibilities are here in your case

1. If have stopped anti TB medicines on your own without the advise of
the doctor , cause of fever is mostly TB .
2. If have completed the anti TB medications as per doctor`s advise
then it may be
- recurrence of the TB
- secondary bacterial infection due to low immunity or other reasons

Wishing you fine recovery .
Feel free to ask any further queries .

Regards .
