Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
I understand that you are going through a difficult time with your problems. Anxiety disorders can cause not only psychological symptoms, but can manifest as various physical symptoms too. Since, all your medical evaluations have been negative, it is very likely that your physical symptoms like dysphagia could be due to the high levels of anxiety. I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation and further treatment. There are safe and effective treatment options available to control your anxiety, and once your anxiety levels are brought under control, many of your physical symptoms will also subside automatically.
Wish you all the best.
