Suffering from stool congestion problem and loose motion. Am I suffering from any disease ?

Hi, i am 22 year old girl,working in MNC and also persuing PG course and used to attend evening classes regularly from last 1 and 1/2 year. I was good with my health and have good body. I usuaslly need to sit atleast 8-9 hours a day. Suddenly after 8 month I realize that my stomach is bulging. and also my hips and thighs and increasing and gain wieght also around 3-4. But nowadays from 2 months I feel heaviness in my stomach, also like acidity, stool congestion problem, loose motion oftenly. I am feeling weight gain and getting fatty day by day. But not as strong as I look to others, feeling weakness sometime. What is the cause for all this? Is it serious? Am i suffering from any desease?

Mostly this has occurred because of sedentary lifestyle. Stop drinking colas, eating fried food, chips, burgers, french fries and other junk food. Consume everyday fresh fruits and vegetables, more of green leafy vegetables. Drink 6-8 glasses of water per day. Exercise daily, atleast 40 minutes fast walking. Learn to relax. Sleep early and for 6-8 hours a day. Be cool. You will do fine.

read your prop this is only due to your life style n food habit this is nothing but chronic gastritis if you can start heavy breakfast,along with morning walk n some antacid tab , tab b-complex feel better just after few days

the signs which you explained all are due to the occupation related conditions only and not severe disorders.
since you are doing work along with studies
1-tension will more
2-sleep will less
3-food will not in proper time
4-sleep and all other your daily routine will be in disarranged way
you take care about a little bit movement from your chair for example 1-2 minutes, at an interval of 30 minutes.
since you always sitting you circulatory ,lymphatic ,digestive system as well as excretory systems everything will in disarranged way.
