2.Do you experience excessive thirst and micturation?
3.Are you irregular with your meal habits ?
4. Is your work stressful ?
The symptoms mentioned by you, commonly point out gastritis
. However we will need to rule out diabetis as prangs of severe hunger are a sign of DM. Would recommend that you eat regularly at 2 hour intervals, avoid pungent and oily dishes . If pain still persists, medications such as a PPI or H2 blocker will be needed and the right diagnonsis to be confirmed.
