Suffering From Severe Cough And Vomiting. Pregnant. Prescribed With Ambrolite And Azithral. Are These Safe During Pregnancy?
i have been suffering from severe cough which ends with vomitting am 14 week pregnant initially my doctor prescribed me to have ambrolite d but the cughing continued and its been 4days now. she now prescribed me azithral 500 mg oncefor 3 days . i it safe to have during pregnancy is there any side effect and do coughing harms the baby while in fetus condition

Cephalexin group of antibiotics are safe.
Azithromycin as you have started so continue with it as you are in second trimester of pregnancy.
Ambrolite can be taken during second trimester but avoid overuse of medicines.
Steam inhalation is better
