Suffering From Plantar Fasciitis. Roll On A Golf Ball. Took A Cortisone Shot. Need Advise

I ve been suffering from plantar fasciitis for several months now. I m a runner and haven t ran for 7 weeks. I ice in ice water for 20 min. everyday, roll on a golf ball twice a day, stretch everyday, wear orthotics everyday, visit massage therapists and chiropractors once a month. Ended up getting a cortisone shot as well. The shot worked for a couple of days and then the pain was right back. Just wondering what advice you can give me.

Hi
I think you are on right track of treatement.
But still you should wear heel pad, do hot and cold water fomentation and take 1 or 2 more shot of local hydrocortisone injection. Hope it will work for you.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
